Course Overview
The SAP APO SNP + DP course provides comprehensive knowledge of demand and supply planning using SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization. Learners will understand how Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP) work together to support accurate forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and efficient supply chain decision-making.
The training covers APO architecture, CIF integration, Product and Location Master Data, Planning Object Structures, Planning Areas, Planning Books, Key Figures, Time Series, and Order-Based Planning. In SNP, learners will explore heuristic planning, Capable-to-Match (CTM), SNP Optimizer, deployment, Transport Load Builder (TLB), alerts, exception handling, and interactive planning.
The Demand Planning portion focuses on historical data loading, statistical forecasting, forecasting strategies, forecast accuracy, lifecycle planning, phase-in/phase-out, consensus demand planning, promotion planning, macros, interactive planning, and release of forecasts to SNP.
Through real-time scenarios and hands-on projects, learners will understand the complete Demand-to-Supply planning cycle, including integration between DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP, and ECC. The course is designed for professionals and aspiring SAP APO consultants looking to develop practical expertise in enterprise demand and supply chain planning.
