Course Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors RCM course provides comprehensive knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform and the core concepts required to work with Recruiting Management and related SuccessFactors HCM processes. Learners will understand SuccessFactors architecture, BizX methodology, implementation concepts, terminology, instances, provisioning, partner resources, and the role of a Professional Services Consultant.
The training covers the SuccessFactors user experience, including Home Page, Portlets, Dashboards, Tile Browser, Main Menu, Welcome Menu, Favorites, Search, Company Branding, Theme Manager, and Email Notifications. Learners will also explore Organization Chart, Position Organization Chart, position management, employee data import/export, and employee lifecycle processes.
The course further covers Corporate and Succession Data Models, Country-Specific Data Models, Foundational Objects, Generic Objects, Cost Centers, Workflows, Event Reasons, Dynamic Roles, Proxy Management, Employee Profile, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, and Role-Based Permissions.
Advanced topics include XML and DTD files, MDF, Configuration UI, Picklist Management, Propagation Rules, Employee Central Payroll overview, Leave of Absence, and Time Off configuration. This provides learners with a strong functional and configuration-oriented foundation for working within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
