Course Overview
The SAP PS course provides comprehensive knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring, and financial control within SAP. Learners will understand SAP PS fundamentals, enterprise structures, project types, and industry processes such as Make-to-Order (MTO), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC).
The training covers project structures and master data, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, Documents, Statuses, Versions, and PS Texts. Learners will also explore project scheduling, resource and capacity planning, workforce planning, material planning, project MRP, and project execution processes.
The course provides strong coverage of cost planning, revenue planning, budgeting, availability control, project simulations, confirmations, CATS time recording, procurement, project billing, progress analysis, period-end closing, result analysis, settlement, and CO-PA. Integration with SD, FI, CO, MM, PP, QM, DMS, IM, HCM, PM, and other SAP components is also covered.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to manage end-to-end SAP project processes, from initial planning and budgeting through procurement, execution, billing, settlement, and project reporting.
