This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Velza Tech Solutions, including but not limited to website development, SEO services, digital marketing, social media marketing, branding, graphic design, eCommerce solutions, software development, hosting, and other IT-related services.
General Refund Policy
- All payments made to Velza Tech Solutions are subject to the terms mentioned in this policy.
- By purchasing our services, the client agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@velzatechsolutions.in.
- Refund eligibility will be evaluated based on the nature of the service, project stage, work completed, and resources allocated.
Non-Refundable Services
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
- Advance payments made for project booking or service confirmation.
- Domain registration charges.
- Hosting fees.
- Third-party software, plugins, themes, APIs, tools, or licenses purchased for the project.
- Graphic design or branding work once concepts/design drafts are shared.
- SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing, paid ads, or promotional campaign fees once work has started.
- Consultation, strategy, or audit fees.
- GST and applicable taxes.
Website Design & Development Services
- Refund requests for website design or development services must be made within 24 hours of payment if work has not yet started.
- Once the project work has started, no full refund will be provided.
- If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the refund amount (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting the cost of completed work, design efforts, development hours, resources used, and administrative charges.
- No refund will be applicable after project approval, final delivery, or website deployment.
- Delays caused by the client, including lack of communication, delayed content submission, delayed approvals, or change requests, will not qualify for refunds.
SEO & Digital Marketing Services
- SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable once the campaign or optimization work has started.
- Velza Tech Solutions does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or sales results, as these depend on multiple external factors including search engine algorithms and market competition.
- No refunds will be provided for fluctuations in rankings, traffic, ad performance, or lead generation.
- Monthly retainer plans and marketing packages are non-refundable once the service period has started.
Social Media Marketing & Advertising
- Payments made for social media marketing, ad management, or paid advertising services are non-refundable once campaign setup or execution begins.
- Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube are non-refundable.
Hosting, Domain & Renewal Services
- Domain registration and hosting services are non-refundable after activation or purchase.
- Renewal payments for domains, hosting, or maintenance services are non-refundable.
Project Cancellation
- Clients may request project cancellation by sending a written request to info@velzatechsolutions.in.
- Cancellation requests will only be considered if the project has not reached the final development or delivery stage.
- Velza Tech Solutions reserves the right to cancel any project or service due to non-payment, lack of communication, abusive behavior, or policy violations.
Refund Processing
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking provider.
Service Delays
- Velza Tech Solutions shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Delayed client responses or approvals
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Third-party platform issues
- Hosting/server downtime
- Changes requested by the client during the project
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
