Course Overview
The SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) course provides comprehensive knowledge of modern SAP sales and distribution processes and their integration with SAP S/4HANA. Learners will understand the transition from traditional SAP ERP to S/4HANA, deployment options, SAP HANA architecture, SAP Fiori, and key innovations introduced in S/4HANA.
The training covers the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, including organizational structures, Business Partners, material and customer master data, inquiries, quotations, sales orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, deliveries, picking, goods issue, billing, and credit management. Practical business scenarios such as returns, third-party sales, free goods, consignment, and sales BOM are also included.
By the end of the course, learners will have a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA SD processes and the practical knowledge required to work on sales and distribution implementation and support projects.
